S4C Meetings & Schedule


Saturday Competitions are for members of S4C. All are welcome to attend when there are on-site meetings (normally November and April). Doors open at 8 am. Competitions start at 9:00 am. Delegates and Board Meetings are held following the competition.

 

Apart from the two on-site meetings, all other competitions are judged remotely.

Competitions Schedule

There are two on-site meetings each year - in November and in April - during which competitions are judged by a panel of 3 judges, followed by a S4C Delegates Meeting and then by an S4C Board Meeting. These two meetings are held at the University of Redlands. Meetings and start at 9:00 AM sharp (doors open at 8:00 AM).

 

Images are judged in the following Division/Section order:

  1. Pictorial Division (Interclub Color, Individual Color, Monochrome, Creative, Arranged Color, Arranged Monochrome)
  2. Nature Division (General, Wildlife)
  3. Photo Travel Division (General)
  4. Photojournalism Division (General, Human Interest)

The other 5 competitions are all judged "remotely" over the Internet, again by a panel of 3 judges.
