S4C Meetings & Schedule

 

ALL JUDGING IS NOW DONE REMOTELY. ON-SITE JUDGING IS NO LONGER HELD. 

 

All judging is done remotely and online by a panel of 3 judges.  The images are scored independently by the judges over the week following closing. A videoconference is held among the judges  the end of the week to reconcile and obtain consensus on any image that has been DQed (disqualified) by just one judge. The final results are posted a few days later.

  • Close Date: Date at midnight after which entries for month can no longer be entered.
